We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be inaccurate.

Promotional Offers from Us. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own Services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to contact@tynt.io or clicking “unsubscribe” on the email you received. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to transactional or relationship messages we may send regarding your use of our Services.

Certain individuals will have additional rights under their state or country’s privacy laws. Explanations of these rights are included below.

Rights for Residents of California
California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident and would like to submit such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below and include the subject line “CA Shine The Lights Request”. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year, and we reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the email or mailing addresses specified below. Note that we do not currently share Personal Information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. The information that we collect about you will be stored in the United States and shared with third parties located in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or United Kingdom (“UK”) and we transfer your Personal Information to third parties in other countries that do not provide adequate legal protection for the processing of Personal Information, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to secure such data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, safeguards such as the EEA or UK Standard Contractual Clauses. Do-Not-Track Signals

Web browsers and other technologies you may use to access our Website may include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

Our Services may contain links or references to other websites outside of our control. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to these websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies and terms and conditions of linked or referenced websites you enter. WE DO NOT CONTROL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THIRD PARTIES DO IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR WEBSITES, OR HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
